The coaching relationship is unlike any other you're likely to experience. It's supportive, motivating, encouraging, positive - and focused entirely on you and your needs.
Coaching can help you move forward in your life, set new goals, strive for what you want and resolve complicated or stressful situations.
Coaching is for anytime in your life when you want change, or when change is happening and you want greater control over it. Coaching provides a support structure to help you achieve the change you want.
Typically coaching lasts from three to six months. You may find it so beneficial it becomes part of your life and is an ongoing process with breaks as and when needed.
I offer three modes of coaching: face-to-face, telephone and email.
Face-to-face and telephone coaching are much the same in that there are regular, scheduled appointments every month while email coaching is an ongoing dialogue where changed is planned, tracked and reflected upon through the correspondence.
There are no limits to what you can achieve with coaching.
